The staff were friendly and did a great job keeping the rooms clean. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the lake and local landmarks. the breakfast served was delicious every morning, a great way to start the day.

The air conditioning in the rooms could use some attention. Unfortunately, it wasn't very effective and made for some uncomfortable nights.

The lodging has a great location close to the lake, some temples and the busy downtown area. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. the highly-trained staff offers immediate assistance and is quite friendly. Breakfast is served in a terrace with stunning views of the surrounding area.

The limited AC availability in some of the rooms may make your sleep uncomfortable in warm weather.

The view from the rooftop was great, and the location near the historic part of the city was convenient. the room was ample-sized and had hot water for showering. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the WiFi was fast.

But the air conditioning unit needed maintenance, and it made noise all night that made it hard to sleep. the room was quite cold, especially at night, and there was no way to heat it up.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the location. Every request we made was attended to immediately. The location was excellent, within walking distance of key attractions. One of the best aspects was the awesome view from the terrace, especially during dinner. Additionally, the available hotel facilities were clean and safely maintained.
